Return and Refund Policy

Because TonsilFlush is an oral hygiene product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping delays:
Estimated delivery is 7–17 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or supplier processing times. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund once an order has shipped.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
