Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from TonsilFlush.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Unused, unopened items: Unused and unopened kits in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Opened or used items: Because TonsilFlush is a personal oral-care product used in and around the mouth, opened or used kits cannot be returned or refunded for health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods.

How to start a claim: Contact us with your order number (and a photo if the item arrived damaged). We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
